Had a scheduled MRI, I transposed the address and when I realized it I was there at my appointment time. They do request you be 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. The staff was great, got my MRI done.
From walking in the door (and on time!) to the actual MRI, very kind & compassionate people. The lady @ the desk(i don’t remember her name) to the imaging tech, Philip, made me feel at ease and made me comfortable ( as you can be in a tube!🤣)! I have had MRI’s before but Grove imaging was my best experience!
The prompt, helpful, friendly, professional, business and astute personnel, means so much in this world 🌎 of “hurry up and wait.” Before I retired from my job as an public county employee, I witnessed so much of the above quoted information. Came in early for my appointment. But of course they can NOT be on time even at 7:30am. What a joke. My time is just as valuable then yours, be respectful of that!! Unprofessional
