As always, the maintenance staff took care of my issue promptly and are very pleasant. I've lived in this particular apartment for 16 years, and from time to time a small repair is needed. They take care of any work with pleasant attitudes.

Wow! Thank you! I had three different service requests submitted and all were resolved within less than 24 hours. Such a delight to not live with broken items or await repairs! I have been impressed with the maintenance team at The Grove Apartments in Bakersfield since I first moved in last July. They are knowledgeable and thorough in their work. Love and recommend this wonderful apartment complex. Office staff always ready to help great communication. Also I wanted give big shout to maintenance team hard working people quick and fast resolution. We leased our spacious 3bed/2 bath first floor attached garage wash/dry inside .
