I understand we have this covid thing happening but when we checked in we have NOTHING in our room, they said just let us know and we will bring it to you but the phone in our room doesn’t work so I’ve had to go to the front desk 4 times now to request: a coffee maker, towels, luggage racks, an ice bucket then the liner that goes in the ice bucket and here is the kicker half our glass shower door is missing- I kid you not... I asked the maintenance person about it and he said because of covid they took the shower curtain dow... read more
The lodge was closed during covid and during that time, the owners made no effort to spruce the place up. The carpets smelled, the pool is old and tired (could use some paint). The rooms smelled. They removed all of the amenities and said it was due to covid, However If you requested something they would be happy to bring it to you. Left our pillows on the floor on the dirty carpet outside of the room, never delivered our requested shampoo or towels. In fact, upon check in, they left only one small soap. What a great place to stay in one of the friendliest places I have ever visited. The rooms are perfect and exceed my expectations. The front desk couldn’t be more helpful! They also have a great perk of a free shuttle between the airport, town and skiing.
Didn't really expect much since it was a buffet, but it was a wonderful Thanksgiving meal.
Fantastic. Well laid out and decor is very nice. Friendly staff. I will come here again.
