I cannot say enough good things about GroupHab. Therapists there have treated me for 3 different issues w/positive outcomes each time. They have also treated my husband - got him off a walker to walking w/out assistance. Especially like that they specialize in treating ‘older adults’ & treatment is one on one.
GroupHab is excellent for Seniors. I would highly recommend them. The Physical Therapists are great! They listen to your concerns and needs then tailor a workout program for you and go through the exercises with you each time. I have definitely gotten stronger and more mobile, able to to more on my own.
