I have been attending GF90 for a several years and the experience has been great. Sherman has put together a great team of trainers who pay attention to your individual needs in a group enviorment. I have been a member of GroupFit90 for a few years and couldn’t imagine working out anywhere else. The staff are phenomenal and know how to adapt classes based on members participating that day. It is more than just a gym, it is a family. Everyone is there to support and push each other to reach their potential. Will is one of the newer trainers and has been a great addition to the team. I have enjoyed my experience working out at Groupfit. I have attended 3 classes and am absolutely in love. Will is very helpful and knowledgeable in each workout while still making it fun. Each class feels like a family and you'll want to come back to push yourself and other people in the class to reach their goals. I highly recommend this gym for anyone from beginner to advanced and from young to old, they have everything to fit your needs!

What a great experience I've had at GF90. I have been a member for approximately a year and half. I've lost 20 pounds, dropped a pant size and have become more fit than any time in my adulthood. The trainers know what you need and use creative ways to get you to your potential. I highly recommend GF90 for all. The group atmosphere is awesome....your not working alone...everyone is helping each other to achieve your goal.
