Sorry to do this a local vendor but the "presale" service is extremely disappointing. Everyone knows that a business presale person is the ambassador of the company's image and reputation. If management used poor judgement in hiring that person, one can only imagine if the same judgement is used to hire the personnel to deliver the services.
