Leonardo A**** and Ruth M. P****** never revealed that there was a Lien on the apartment and rather to reveal this important information tried to conceal the facts. Even after a 10 extra days of grace period the seller never provided the document to clear the title. We were refused to give us a history of the apartment. The property was never a public listing at ****** or ****** was always of the market. Very shady transaction . Stay away from this people.
useless information and a waste of time
Years ago I started to work with a guy named Michael Personette. I ended up not purchasing through him. As time went on I kept getting LinkedIn requests from him. The weird thing about it is I already confirmed him but through a different email account. After ignoring the requests and deleting them without opening them I finally opened his email invite and learned what he thought of me as a buyer.
