I have had no issues since I’ve been renting with Keller associates. Their properties may be a little dated but they are well maintained bug and pest free. They also have a washer and dryer in the units. I can call and someone always answers they phone and resolves any issues quickly. They are a great company to rent from.

Fred K was my landlord, and is the best landlord I have had to date. I'm military and move a lot, so I've gotten to know several. They always fixed the stuff that broke, albeit sometimes it was a cheap job. Regardless, they always fixed the problem in a timely fashion. When we moved out, he gave me back my security deposit, plus the interest it accrued while we were living there. These guys are outstanding!
