Awful service. I am not satisfied.
First time in 10 years I’ve been back there. This time it will be as a regular patient as needed. Group Health cooperative has an amazing team from the reception ladies to the check-in ladies to the nurse to the doctor that I saw 10 years ago as well to the people who draw blood to the clinical manager, who I all talked to and interacted with. GHC operates in a broken system, but come on...do better! Offering free physicals is great, if you can ever see your PCP. Having specialty care is cool, but if you have a single dermatologist and members must schedule 8 months in the future, it is nearly impossible to get concerns met. If you have only one option for an ENT doctor to fix your broken nose, you end up with a mediocre surgery and poor recovery. I will be looking at other insurance and provider options in 2026.
