Been paying my bill every 7th and 22nd of each month exactly 20.00$ so 40.00$ a month and yet today I’m getting a final notice for my bill because I haven’t paid the entire amount…. So basically I should cancel my insurance through you guys because you guys can’t handle people not being able to pay the full amount in 90 days…. I even was told over the phone that as long as I’m making a payment it should be fine…. Guess your employees lie so we can get sent to collections. They will lie to you about the costs of your treatment/care, then stonewall you when you try to get a refund, even though they have a "money back experience guarantee".
