The reviews made it seem like a low-pressure environment, so we figured we’d give it a try. The sign says “We buy used cars,” but the experience didn’t match. We spent over 30 minutes filling out forms, answering questions, and having our car photographed — only to be told we’d only get a decent offer if we were also buying a car.
