Update February 2026, Re Service Negligence and Lack of Management Response: I am writing to report a deeply disappointing experience regarding a recent recall service (Seat Belt Buckle Replacement). I dropped my vehicle off in impeccable condition, yet it was returned with dirty floor mats, plastic debris, and dirt on the seats. Most concerningly, both (2) Hook-Rear panels were scratched.
