I was able to work from their computer desks and sample the gourmet espresso vending machine whilst I was waiting. They are super busy, so it did take a long time getting to the technician to diagnose the issue, but with patience by me and the kindness from the service rep, Matthew, we were able to get advice on next steps.
Went to Group 1 Hyundai North Austin last Monday 7/27 and had a great experience with my service advisor, Matthew Lackey. His communication was transparent, honest, and detailed. He and his team made sure my car was taken care of quickly and efficiently. He also went over the recalls on my car and let me know about upcoming maintenance to look out for as my car gets higher in mileage. I will definitely be coming back!
Check in and check out was quick and easy. I had a mailer coupon for an oil-change special price. I checked in at my scheduled 1:30 appointment time with my mailer coupon. Clean bathrooms. Clean waiting area with plenty of seating. One woman chose to wait by laying on the floor near her dog, but most customers used the provided furniture.
