Bare minimum work is done to their predominantly black areas they serve. I’m sure they are wonderful in affluent areas and HOAs. Here, they cut grass too low, sloppily apply mulch, kill shrubs, don’t close and secure fences the way they found them. When growing season is in full effect and grass is fertile and growing, you barely see them because clearly they are busy giving the better neighborhoods top notch care. Ground Systems is an awesome company. They have met every need that has arisen at our company. They take pride in what they do and are professional in every aspect. I made the correct decision when we switched to this company. Have not had any complaints and they were lifesavers when all the snow dumped on us.

During the horrific snow storm that Dayton Ohio had in Jan. 2026 where over 18 inches of snow fell the office where I work in Huber Heights had the liberties of enjoying the work completed by Chris Walker and his crew. This is the only time I have ever experienced such impeccable snow removal. I resumed work at 5am on Tues. morning. The main roads were horrible still. Wonderful company! The landscaping is beautiful and communication is perfect. They respond right away and are always willing to jump in however needed.
