I have had the pleasure of working with Ground Masters and Snow Management Services for several years. I have always received top class service and you can tell the team takes the utmost pride in their work. The GM, Kim Jewell, is so knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive to her clients and has a great reputation in the commercial real estate community. Would highly recommend working with Kim and team!
I’ve worked with a lot of landscape and snow removal companies over the years but Groundmasters/SMS is truly one of the very best. I’ve never had a surprise bill - Kim and Eric always make sure I know what’s happening at my properties and if there will be an above standard charge for irrigation repairs or dying flowers. Horrible company and GM. Kim Jewell is the worst and the company will nickel and dime you to death.
