Came in to repair a water break in my trailer park. Took 5 days- 5 days without water. tore up the road, tore up peoples yards, half ass backfilled and didn’t bother compacting any of it & then left. There was 2 days where myself & my pregnant girlfriend had to climb over a massive dirt mound & walk over top of a 6’+ deep trench just to get inside our trailer. Everything they backfilled is so soft that when i walk on it, i sink. Yes even in the roadway. Its created ruts, tripping hazards & a huge eye sore! They left garbage ... read more
Really good experience with Ground Level. Dave was very helpful in helping us come up with a plan for the yard and accommodating the changes we made. The work was done very efficiently and we are extremely happy with the results!
Dave and his crew were amazing through an incredibly stressful time. Our main water line to the city had a leak. Dave and his crew showed up same day and had the repair done and water back on in just over 48 hours! He was also so helpful dealing with our insurance company. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Dave and Crew!
