Dave and his crew were amazing through an incredibly stressful time. Our main water line to the city had a leak. Dave and his crew showed up same day and had the repair done and water back on in just over 48 hours! He was also so helpful dealing with our insurance company. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Dave and Crew!
Dave and Ground Level Excavating really got me out of a jam. My water supply line from the city ruptured and was flooding my basement while I was out of town. I made a call to Ground Level and they took care of it and replaced the line the next day. Not only did he replace the line, they also fixed all of the plumbing in the house in a cost effective manner. I couldn't be happier with Ground Level and their workmanship and customer service. Skip the big Plumbing companies and go to them!
Dave and the crew were awesome. Our water main broke, they came in a timely fashion, and were super helpful with making a plan to replace the 65 year old line, as well as ensuring everything was in line for my insurance. The finished landscaping is better than before the line broke. I absolutely recommend this company!
Dave & his crew were amazing to work with! I had a flood right before the holidays and they worked together with plumbers and other trades to find the issue and resolve it as fast as possible. His crew showed up, found the best solution to avoid additional costs and more damage & got to work. I would highly recommend ground level and will definitely use them again in the future :-)
I want to add my 5 star review as this company did an amazing job at our daughter’s house. It was complicated and lengthy but they were always there and very supportive and easy to communicate with. Thanks to all of you who worked on this project!
