Came in to repair a water break in my trailer park. Took 5 days- 5 days without water. tore up the road, tore up peoples yards, half ass backfilled and didn’t bother compacting any of it & then left. There was 2 days where myself & my pregnant girlfriend had to climb over a massive dirt mound & walk over top of a 6’+ deep trench just to get inside our trailer. Really good experience with Ground Level. Dave was very helpful in helping us come up with a plan for the yard and accommodating the changes we made. The work was done very efficiently and we are extremely happy with the results!
Dave and his crew were amazing through an incredibly stressful time. Our main water line to the city had a leak. Dave and his crew showed up same day and had the repair done and water back on in just over 48 hours! He was also so helpful dealing with our insurance company. I would give 10 stars if I could. Dave and Ground Level Excavating really got me out of a jam. My water supply line from the city ruptured and was flooding my basement while I was out of town. I made a call to Ground Level and they took care of it and replaced the line the next day. Not only did he replace the line, they also fixed all of the plumbing in the house in a cost effective manner. I couldn't be happier with Ground Level and their workmanship and customer service. Skip the big Plumbing companies and go to them!
Dave and the crew were awesome. Our water main broke, they came in a timely fashion, and were super helpful with making a plan to replace the 65 year old line, as well as ensuring everything was in line for my insurance. The finished landscaping is better than before the line broke. I absolutely recommend this company!
