Ground Level is outstanding. They were great to work with. So much so, we will be hiring them again. We hired them to replace the concrete walls on both sides of our driveway and improve the drainage. They were on time daily, put in a full day of work each day. They were pleasant, polite and friendly. There was an issue with the concrete pour of the sidewalk piece and part of the driveway. An issue with a subcontractor. Came in to repair a water break in my trailer park. Took 5 days- 5 days without water. tore up the road, tore up peoples yards, half ass backfilled and didn’t bother compacting any of it & then left. There was 2 days where myself & my pregnant girlfriend had to climb over a massive dirt mound & walk over top of a 6’+ deep trench just to get inside our trailer. Everything they backfilled is so soft that when i walk on it, i sink. Yes even in the roadway. Its created ruts, tripping hazards & a huge eye sore! They left garbage ... read more
Really good experience with Ground Level. Dave was very helpful in helping us come up with a plan for the yard and accommodating the changes we made. The work was done very efficiently and we are extremely happy with the results!
