If you are about to read this review, please know that I could write an essay about my experiences with Theodore over the past year but no one has the attention span. I started going to Grounded Touch a few months ago for a nasty injury that I'd had trouble getting rid of even after years of physical therapy. After just a few sessions, I noticed a dramatic improvement that is only getting better. I highly recommend this to anyone who has had trouble with persistent impingement or pain issues.

I highly recommend Theodore of Grounded Touch Holistic Bodywork! The bodywork he does has significantly reduced the chronic shoulder pain that I’ve had for years. Not only does he give an incredible massage, but he gives you tools to work on at home, like stretching and using a ball for bodywork at home. He really cares about you holistically as a person to treat your ailments.
