We have been serviced by Ground Zero for 10 years. They have always been responsive and professional. Last night at 9:30 pm our A/C stopped working. The temp in the house was almost 90. I called GroundZero and within an hour a tech was here and repaired the unit. Also, Brian, the service manager, followed up with a call the following day. You can’t do better than Ground Zero.

Ground Zero is without a doubt, the best. I will only be using them for our home moving forward. The service was exemplary in all categories from customer service (Brie) to the technicians that came out (Chris and Codey). They listened to what I had to say. They and validated my insights as the homeowner. They identified our vent/drain/cleanout pipe odor problem within 5 minutes, made repairs, and now we have no odor problems whatsoever.

I want to send a shout out Sergio and Joshua who provided the most above and beyond service that I've seen in a very long time. The day began with me being notified but they were on their way provide ac service to my apartment. They took the utmost care of all my belongings in the area where they were servicing. We had a massive water leak on a Sunday afternoon and the plumber, Chris Marsala arrived promptly, Identify the problem completed the work with exceptional professionalism. Chris went over and above our expectations and is an amazing individual who we highly recommend and will certainly and confidently contact Chris and Ground Zero again for any plumbing, air conditioning work or other services for our home.
