Seen I Prevail a week ago and they put on a good Show, but unfortunately the staff, as well as some of the fans where ultimately "bitch made" about throwing down a pit. Usually when there is heavy music and someone screaming their heart out on stage, a mosh pit is valid. This was my only reason for attending this concert. So I tried and tried and tried. I even tried with guys much larger than me to make it fair, but the staff told me " dude you gotta stop, these guys aren't ready for this." BITCH MADE
Waited in line nearly an hour to get in, even though I arrived 45 minutes after the doors supposedly opened. The layout of the actual venue was nice. Sound was decent and about the right volume. The main bar was terribly understaffed and organized. There was probably 100 people in line being served by three. I waited 35 minutes for drinks and missed almost the entire set of a band I actually liked. I hope the venue gets their act together because it has potential to be a great place. I was there last night for Neal McCoy thanks for having him I would have preferred the tables on the floor since I paid extra but our balcony seat was center stage The sound was good
I attended the 4/1/17 concert at this venue. This was my first time here and I was impressed by the staff. I had brought my 87 year old Mom as a friend of ours was preforming that night. When I purchased tickets over the phone, I also reserved a table for her. When we got there, the seats were too high for her so a security staff member moved us to the couch area. They had enough staff covering the bar that there was never much of a wait. The sound was great during the show. Look forward to going there again!
The food was very good...our waitress was fantastic...the rest of the staff was really nice...bathroom was clean... the music was AMAZING...Great night!
