Rex and team did an excellent job repairing my driveway in a timely manner. The end result was excellent.
Highly recommend Rex and his team, they did a really nice job for us and took time to make sure the esthetics were right. They also were extremely careful about the cleanup and did a great job overall
Ground Effects responded quickly and did what so far looks like what I had asked for at a fair price. As with asphalt sealing and small repair time will tell as to the final out come. So far it looks real good.I did call them back to fix a problem they had missed and they responded within a couple of hours and were back to fix it. I do think I would recommend them. I would be more comfortable though with a little more documentation relating to the job.
We used Rex Rich. He was the only referral we had from you. It took awhile to get the job done, but as weather was an important factor and we are in a shaded and moist area, the time frame worked out in our favor. As far as I can tell Rex and his crew did a pretty good job. They appeared to be very conscientious about the condition of the asphalt (cleanliness, etc.) prior to application. Very good and very helpful. I would recommend to others with a suggestion that they do not pay without getting an invoice first -- I am still waiting for a copy of my invoice after one month.
I am highly impressed by the prompt contact and timely completion of this project. The driveway regrading was done professionally and enhanced the appearance of the site. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. This was an A+++++ job.
Ground Effects service is of very good quality with regard to the actual process of prepping and laying asphalt. The asphalt product we received in part of the job was not, however. There seems to not be enough tar to hold the aggregate, and although I don't pretend to know anything about asphalt mixing, concerns have been raised by neighbors about water pooling in the area and problems with the pavement eroding prematurely.
