Rex was quick to respond, explained what he thought needed to be done, and was competitive on price. Obviously has a lot of experience. Showed up on time, and explained what was going on, and what caused the previous problem, and his crew (sons!) did a great repair job. I like supporting a local family run business.
Job was repairing an exisiting drain box in driveway. It was done on time, with excellent results, by a very knowlegable crew. Turns out the inital job was poorly done, so Grounds Asphalt did it correctly.

They were very prompt replying to my initial enquiry. Friendly and helpful. Always returned calls/correspondence quickly and carried out the job when they said they would. Only completed today. Looks good and we're happy so far! Would certainly use them again.
I was very impressed that Rex took extra effort to meet with me early in AM before work so I did not have to take time away from work. I am very difficult to reach and he took the initiative to drive over and meet me even tho he want sure I'd be there! the asphalt burn and drain repair were done very well even tho he had to work around one of the cars left in the parking area. They did a fine job. Rich and his crew showed up exactly when he said they would be there. Unfortunately, the tree root they needed to remove before repairing the driveway turned out to be "The Root System That Devoured Newcastle" and required heavy equipment. They got it here very quickly, finished the project and removed all the debris (including Enormous Root) much earlier than I would have thought possible. Well worth the price. Very happy I found them through this site!
