A friend of mine went in to go.Get her hair done. She had beautiful curls , and was a brunette at the time. She wanted to go blonde and in doing this would know it would be a process. So tell me why she has scabs.Alter your head , her hair is burnt and her curls are all gone. They keep telling her everything in the book and trying to sell her everything to make her hair better. This should have been a process and from the getgo. Should never have been rushed into one appointment.What a disappointment
How do you leave bleach on someones hair long enough to literally burn their scalp? Why is blond not being done in sessions to make sure you dont fry the hair? Hair looks good until washed then the real problems start? Get it together! Negative stars!
I am extremely disappointed. My wife went in to have her hair dyed blonde and instead her hair was absolutely destroyed. Bleach was left on her head for 2 hours straight instead of being applied and monitored properly in stages. No gradual lifting, no care, no attention to the integrity of her hair. Her hair is now severely damaged, dry, and breaking. This was completely avoidable with a knowledgeable stylist who understands how to safely lighten hair. Saw how fried one of those girls did my friends hair. Then laughed at her afterwards offering her only $100 refund out of the $450!!! Don't care what products were used - give her back her money - she's super upset and her hair is now matted!!! That was VERY unprofessional the way it was dealt with - How would that haiirdresser feel if someone did the same to her and laughed at her afterwards??? I will deff be spreading the word to not have anyone go here unless you want your hair ruined. Blond takes stages not all in one go
