Mac did an amazing job helping us find a good vehichle for a great deal. Very nice and attentive.
I believe Grote Elkhart scumed me I believe they should take the car back and offer me another at the same value or fix the car that has *******dents **on trunk over ***on the roof and ***on hood now l did not see those dents because of color and light when I bought the so went back and show Jessey who came out and looked at and when back in and talked to John *****he said not to worry about they would take care of and I would not be charged now they have refused to take care of the damage. i went to go look for a car but when i went to talk to someone they pulled my credit before even looking at cars. i found a car that i liked but they didn’t tell me a price until i was about to sign for the car. the sales representative was very unprofessional. on the test drives he didn’t tell me any of the features or if there were any problems. i was there for 3 hours waiting for paper work because the “systems were down”. after all of the signing we got to take the car home and i noticed that the tire had a 2 inch gash. ... read more
This company texts me 3 times a day every day for weeks now because I registered to their website. I finally give them a chance to sell me a vehicle (2017 BMW X5) which the sales rep over the phone told me they have several on their lot so I drive from Mishawaka all the way to Elkhart to see and test drive them only to find out when I get there that they don't actually have any BMW X5s in stock. This company are liars and tell you they have something on lot when they don't they are just trying to get you to their lot to sell... read more

Sold me a car 10/22 that has oil in the break system car can't be driven nothing covered.This is the second time it was in last week's the cam speed senso rnot covered 467.00 now everything in the break system front to rear! just under $2,400.00 repair bill . Lawyer calling me in morning will ask if I should go ahead and cover.. Hey if you have info that will help Lawyer is calling back tomorrow
I had buyer’s remorse an hour after and contact them by email 2 hours later because it was late. I told them that the monthly car payment was not in my budget and they kept insisting that they had me and even when signing the papers I knew I could do it and now they are telling me that I can’t back out when I did not put any money down and have not even taken the car off the lot. Any advice would help!

Worst place ever..they say one thing..their commercial says one thing..and when you get there to get a car it's a whole different story..they are nothing but liars..would never recommend them to anyone..buying a junk car from a junkyard would be better then buying from them..
