Pam was awful. Very rude and unprofessional. Be aware, people, she fights dirty. The place was actually pretty nice when I first moved in. (1998) I only stayed a year because Pam was just too much for me. I moved into the apartments on Pineview Street. Everything was fine until Grosvenor Square took over those apartment and once again I was dealing with the notorious Pam. I did finally leave a couple of years later and never looked back. I feel sorry for anyone having to deal with Pam.

**STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE** Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived. The lady who works in the office is extremely rude and completely unprofessional, even actually yelling angrily at (multiple) tenants, as well as writing form letters to tenants which sound like angry letters from a particularly b**chy mother, and isn't in the office for hours at a time. So many things wrong with this apartment. Its ghetto! There's always a roach problem, mold, the wiring is shot, the lights flicker, the kids run wild outside and don't look if a car is coming, if you live upstairs and your moving going back and forth from your car to get things and there are kids on the stairs, they don't move, they just stay there like your not even around. Edit: The grounds still look pretty terrible but I had to edit this to raise it a couple stars for how nice the new windows and siding look. The new windows are especially wonderful because we haven't had to run the useless air conditioner since the temperatures have gone up. Our power bill has stayed reasonable for the first time since I moved in here. The siding changed the outside from looking moldy to clean and pristine. Good job, Grosvenor Square! I haven't had any issues with the office manager but the maintenance guy is completely useless. The grounds are okay. The roads stink. The dumpsters everywhere are unsightly but I guess it's something you just have to live with. Some of the tenant's offspring are animal abusers who need to spend a few nights in jail. A dumpster (wtf??) was "tagged" a year ago. Though I'm glad to see the underprivileged taking charge of something, I wish they'd aim higher than a trash can and do what the rest of us have to do - get jobs. Then... read more

Take heed. I moved out of this complex about 2 years ago. When I lived there, the manager (Pam) was rude and always very curt. Maintenence would fix one thing only to cause another issue. When I first moved in, I had an infestation of roaches. The pest control guy didn't seem to be doing much of anything, so I bought my own treatments and took care of them. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The manager is a royal you-know-what, she talks to you like a child, YELLS at you, and sends out letters to the residents that are very unprofessional and rude. Unprofessional and rude sums this lady up in a nutshell. Also the apartments are very run down - not worth the cost of rent at all. The parking lot is full of huge craters. The maintenance is horrible. And there's a lot of shady people living here. If I could give this place negative stars, I would.

Do not move here. The property manager is rude. She picks favorites. This place is full of pedofiles. DO NOT MOVE HERE! You are not allowed to have company apparently and are not allowed to sit on your porch, apparently. This is definitely the "hood" of Kernersville.
