i am a neighbor of one of the properties owned by Grosvenor. I tried contacting them because they installed horrifically bright lights outside of their building that shines directly into our windows. It's like a semi truck has its brights glaring into my apartment. All they need to do is put some shields on the lights but they refuse. They are no longer taking our calls. Super disappointing and not night neighbors!!
