Dr Grosso is excellent! Great bedside manor and excellent doctor. I highly recommend him to everyone. Expert in his field. Had treated me and my children over 16 years now. Will follow wherever he goes. Only doctor to ever listen to our complaints and help give relief! Thank you.
Really listened, it's nice to see a doctor who actually cares
I travel from out of state to see Dr. Grosso. I have been a patient as well as my children for the last 18 years , and have 100%. Confidence in his treatment of patients. Dr. Grosso gets right to the facts and had all the knowledge from years of practice to make the correct diagnosis.
Want to thank Dr. Grosso, Doreen and his staff. Doreen was a real life saver. She was able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment on Dec. 26, 2017 I was suffering with chronic sinus infections that my regular MD. was not able to beat and after 3 rounds of antibiotics I needed to try something else. The Dr. was knowledgeable, efficient and a real professional. My husband (who was not a prior patient) was also suffering with the same condition and Doreen again squeezed him in. Thank you!
Dr. Grosso is is NOT a plastic surgeon. Please do not make the same mistake I did and have him do cosmetic work on your nose. I needed a septoplastly. Dr. Grosso informed me that he could fix my nose as well for extra money. I ended up with the same nose that now had bumps in the bridge which he told me I had to "milk" in order to remove. I ended up going to a plastic surgeon to fix the problem and I am so happy I did. I also found out that all the work he said he did was never done.
This man has the worst bedside manner. I was a new patient who was there with my son and I for a visit. He walks in and says hi whose first. Never introduced himself nothing. My son who is 3 was trying to show him something and completely ignored him. Not kid friendly at all. Very rude, cold, get me in get me out attitude. If I my son wasn't there I would of cursed him out. I even called my insurance company to tell them don't pay him he's not nice.

I was impressed the moment i stepped into the building. The office was very neat and very organized.It was a pleasure to be greeted by a staff member at the front desk.She was very warm and kind as she made copies of my insurance card. It made me feel like a person rather than a number.The entire team demonstrated professionalism. Dr Grosso was very easygoing and caring.He gives the impression that you are the only patient of the day. That was very impressive to me. Thank you all for everything
Would not listen to my concerns about the pain medication he was prescribing after my tonsillectomy. Ended up throwing up multiple times and making my throat bleed because of it. Spoke to me in a demeaning way and would not make eye contact. Did not feel respected or cared about by him.
