Doreen treated us in a discriminatory manner all because we advised her that nys law and federal guidelines require the office provides translation services free of cost. She became angry and said we could find a doctor somewhere else if we dont like it. Wheres the professionalism, respect and empathy?

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Dr. Grosso’s office. The receptionist, Donna, was incredibly rude and unprofessional during my interactions. The entire staff seems to reflect this same unprofessional attitude. They constantly push back appointments without offering any reasonable solutions, making it nearly impossible to get the care you need in a timely manner. Been going to Dr. Grosso for many years. Never s long wait and the doctor checks your ears, nose and throat. Will clean the wax out of your ears and check your upper and lower throat. Quick and efficient. Great doctor.

Dr Grosso is a wonderful doctor, his staff on the other hand is rude, obnoxious, & gets loud on the phone &’hangs up on you! They have no business being in healthcare & a representative of any Doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Grosso for the last 20 years. He is absolutely amazing. He is thorough, attentive and conservative. I have had successful surgeries with him as well. I trust him so much that I have even brought my three year old son to him when he was having an ear issue. He is truly the best. I trust my life with him .

Very disappointed with first (and last!) visit. Would not recommend him. He did not review releveant medical records prior to my visit. Asked questions that he should have had answers to. And then left room to "review" the medical records. In reality he immediately went into the adjoining room to see another patient (thin walls). Once he was done there, he immediately re-entered my room (didn't even stop to wash his hands), mentioned two basic things from my medical records (as if he had reviewed them) and finished his exam.... read more

An excellent doctor...I have gone to Dr. Grosso for years, starting with a loss of sense of smell back in 2002, which he cured with polyp surgery. I have since had 2-3 of the same surgery since the polyps keep growing back. Every time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Grosso I find that he is knowledgeable, kind, and effective. I will admit that the first time I met him I noticed his lack of eye contact which is unusual for a doctor, but after so many years of treatment, whenever I've seen him he feels like an old ... read more

Been using Dr Grosso for the past 27 years. Started when my youngest son was 3. He has also treated me and I have recommended friends to him. Excellent Dr. Very caring staff as well. He is a Top Dr in my book...
