Today, the assistant was not polite and seemed indifferent. Her attitude made it feel like we were asking for help in a humiliating way. Despite clearly explaining the situation, I was misinformed, and the problem remained unresolved.
Came in for an appointment the girls in the front office are very unprofessional have rude attitudes and they just sit and gossip taking along to check patients in and they call us up with just rude attitude and one of the girls eyes brows are fugly and when I got called in the room wasn’t even cleaned it had the last patient mess
Great staffing friendly and professional. I would like to appreciate and deepest gratitude to Dr constantino for her very outstanding job. Shes a great doctor she listened to you, accommodating to my needs and very caring. There’s so many doctors out there that they can prescribes but there’s only one can cure you. One of kind doctor.
This is my second visit, and the doctors were 45 minutes late without even offering an apology. I’m not sure who to blame. Claudia Sanchez, the assistant doctor, was very nice and professional, but the system and management are unprofessional and frankly, they suck.
The dentist office has the worst recipetion. This one Doctor hurt me so bad during a cleaning. Blame me the whole time for hurting me.(I didn't move)? I get it. I know my teeth had some coffee stains. It was like she was punishing me for drinking coffee. I never had such a painful cleaning. I use to love going to the dentist, but now I hope to just have a better dentist that understands, "I'm human and this stuff hurts." Didnt realized how much trauma that gave to me.
