Always get a 2nd opinion! Spring Valley FHC dentist stated i needed to get 2 teeth pulled and when I asked if the 2nd one was salvagable, she said no and just stared at me like I was wasting her time. Dental Express in downtown did full mouth xrays, full cleaning and informed me that my broken tooth needed to be extracted and the other tooth needed a root canal because it was SALVAGABLE. The xrays and cleaning took 1 hour then they told me to come back at 3pm that same day for the extraction and they'd put in the papwork to ... read more
Rude call center for that location. It always takes a long time in this place and I went there and took my children there for like 20 years and maybe because it was just familiar I stayed but I would really highly highly recommend going to the Chula Vista Landis street office because when I moved to that area I tried something new and it really feels like it's faster service and better quality care and neater and not as crowded but now that I write this everybody might go over there LOL.. ... Today, the assistant was not polite and seemed indifferent. Her attitude made it feel like we were asking for help in a humiliating way. Despite clearly explaining the situation, I was misinformed, and the problem remained unresolved.
Came in for an appointment the girls in the front office are very unprofessional have rude attitudes and they just sit and gossip taking along to check patients in and they call us up with just rude attitude and one of the girls eyes brows are fugly and when I got called in the room wasn’t even cleaned it had the last patient mess
Great staffing friendly and professional. I would like to appreciate and deepest gratitude to Dr constantino for her very outstanding job. Shes a great doctor she listened to you, accommodating to my needs and very caring. There’s so many doctors out there that they can prescribes but there’s only one can cure you. One of kind doctor.
