This clinic is honestly not good at all my blood test results have taken more than 2 weeks ridiculous honestly I go to other family health centers and my results are in one week don’t recommend coming here go to another family health centers

Every visit has been great. From the moment I arrive and checked in by the young ladys at the reception area, til the time I leave, I feel very welcome and at home. All the dental assistants are very nice with excellant customer service skills. Even the black woman who people seem to talk bad about is a very great employee and a great asset to this company. I showed up for my appointment waited over an hr and then was told the Dr called out at the last minute then was told that we had to wait on a phone call in order for someone to talk to us. Then was told that we weren’t able to see the doctor in the clinic because the Dr had other patients and if we wanted to see a Dr in the office we had to come in as a walk in. Always get a 2nd opinion! Spring Valley FHC dentist stated i needed to get 2 teeth pulled and when I asked if the 2nd one was salvagable, she said no and just stared at me like I was wasting her time. Dental Express in downtown did full mouth xrays, full cleaning and informed me that my broken tooth needed to be extracted and the other tooth needed a root canal because it was SALVAGABLE. The xrays and cleaning took 1 hour then they told me to come back at 3pm that same day for the extraction and they'd put in the papwork to ... read more
