5 Star : My Experience Grossman’s body shop staff went totally and completely out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The service was excellent (on a huge job) and they were responsive also. I appreciate their transparency and attention to detail. My car is like brand new and even when I was impatient they were understanding and caring. Wonderful all around.

0 Star : My Experience Everything looks beautifully done and no dents and cracks!!!! But one problem when they put my rear wiper back in they put it in upside down. And it’s now wiping the window but below! They said that they would text updates (lasted a day) and call when they had updates. They estimated about 3 days on the repair. After 5 days, I had to call and get an update on the car. When I needed an update after that, I still needed to call them and not vice versa. The repairs took a total of 14 days. 5 Star : Returned Clean
