5 Star : My Experience Although my truck ended up being totalled, they did everything to help move the process along. They also kept me updated when the status changed.
0 Star : My Experience Communication from the collision center was sparse, even after requests for more communication. Estimates for repair times were always wrong, in some cases by very large time differences. Not all repairs were completed (front passenger turn signal still doesn't function).
