Tammie was on top of her game in keeping us in the loop so we always knew what was happening and the Office Manager was so very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our experience with Grossman.

I brought my Mazda to explaining that there was a large dent on the left fender and several small ones on the right side I wanted to have repaired.. You sent me an estimate which, I must admit, I did not read carefully because it stated that you would repair a bumper.
