First off I want to say, "You get what you pay for". Tim, Jake, Kevin, and Kelli, are superb people to know. Through the entire process they were all professional, courteous, forthcoming with all information, and clean. They made sure my house had the right kind of system for my situation while giving me plenty of options and not forcing me to make a decision until I was ready. We have had the pleasure of doing business with Jake & Tim Grossi for a few years. We have nothing but good things to say about them!!! Even their service technicians are great!! We won’t use anyone else for HVAC services!! And we recommend them quite frequently!
Grossi Services was amazing! As always, they responded to my issue quickly, and took care of it within a day. Stop the search, look no further, give Grossi Services a call. I am generally skeptical with extremely high ratings, but it was certainly earned in this case. Not only was Jake extremely accessible and honest during the whole replacement/installation process, but the communication from the company as a whole was exemplary. They installed our AC and furnace in some of the worst weather, but not once did they complain, and the work was completed in a timely manner. Great people, fair price, quality product...no brainer.
Can’t recommend Grossi Services Inc enough! Jake heard the sound our furnace was making and fit us in right away! We needed a whole new system during one of the coldest weeks, and they took care of us rather quickly. All of the staff was timely, kind and professional. Jake even followed up with us afterwards to make sure everything was running smoothly again. We will always be using and recommending Grossi Services Inc! Don’t hesitate to make them your go-to contractor for all hvac needs.
