We recently had the pleasure of working with Grossi Services after meeting one of their technicians in the field, who recommended scheduling a maintenance visit for our AC unit. 6 year old furnace stopped working. I asked a friend for a referral and called GSI at 8:15. Technician (Rialy) arrived at 9:15. 30 min later, the issue was dx'd accurately. The part required a small trip but he was back by 3 pm. I am up and running now. MOST IMPORTANTLY, Riely was kind, informative and very respectful. Finally, he did a great job and considering the travel and effort, it was VERY fair. Nobody likes a rip off on a home service call. I've been there! New update 4/20/26: I highly recommend this business. Just had a new furnace installed last week. I had an emergency problem with my old furnace. Jake was quick to respond! He came right away and got over here in a few days to get my new heating system in. The quality of the workmanship that Jake and Kevin did, the cleanliness of the work environment and thoroughness was outstanding. This is the second time I've used this business. Grossi Services is top notch. Professional, responsive, on-time, thorough and honest. I called because our air conditioning wasn't turning on (first time turning it on for the year). Jake came within 24hours of my call and got us all fixed up! We even got an email after the visit with before and after photos and a full report of the work done. Talk about professional!!! Highly recommend.
