I had multiple issues after my surgery done by her, asked for an MRI multiple times… was always told no. I was sent for a second opinion to someone I can only assume is a good friend of hers, because I was told nothing is wrong with me and she agreed. FINALLY, I was able to see a different doctor and lo and behold I have a muscle tear and a torn bicep tendon along with nerve impingement. For some reason did not look me in the eye, seemed rushed, had students with her and seemed to be communicating more with them than us. Forgot to give me the scripts for my mother-in-law, long waiting time even though I was there with a patient ( on time) who had dementia, with office being aware of this.
Never have to wait too long. Her visit is very quick and no nonsense (her office is busy), but this is not at the expense of your care. She seems very intelligent and well educated to her profession. Has helped me and my husband in multiple health issues and surgeries.
Professional, friendly, and an excellent Physcian
My experience with Dr. Grossfeld is consistently excellent. As an active 69 year old - but with aging body - she is so good at diagnosing and providing information and treatment that is practical and works. She also gives me the tools to deal with any flare-ups to keep them from getting worse. The office is also impressively on-time. Highly recommend for all.
Dr. Grossfeld is thorough and not quick to jump to surgery as a solution. She listens attentively and orders appropriate x-rays and MRIs when necessary. She explains things clearly and follows-up as needed. I trust her and follow her advice.
Dr. Grossfeld has been great. My wife is a physician and she reached out to her network and Dr. Grossfeld was widely recommended. I understand why. Her care has me completely back on track after a clavicle break.
