I've been seeing Dr. Grossell for over 10 years. She's an amazing doctor and an overall great person. She's not one to jump to conclusions and prescribe narcotics(IE Benzo's & Amphetamines) right off the bat, which is good and ethical. Those medications are way over prescribed(like Opiates were back in the mid 2000's). It's pretty clear the person that left the one star review just wanted a script for Adderall and didn't get it upon the first visit and was upset over that.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Grosell a couple of years ago. She was extremely considerate and kind. My talk therapist referred me to her, and though it was a significant financial burden to me I made an appointment. Dr. Grosell was compassionate and understood the financial burden and did her best to help me, even taking the time to show me how to find the best price for prescriptions. I try not to think about the experience I had with this M.D. earlier this year. At first it started with the fact that insurance companies didn't do business with her. Even though my plan already was to pay out of my own pocket, no insurance companies doing business with her should have raised some red flags for me, but I pursued anyway.
