I had some couches moved from St. Clair to Roseville, I was concerned moving them myself because of how much trouble the first company had getting the couches in. Jim, Umar, and Kent showed up when they said they would, there were professional but not boring robot people, and they had the couches out of the house and into the truck in about 5 minutes. I highly recommend Grosse Pointe Moving & Storage! They were fantastic from the first phone call with Kyle all the way to end of the move. Efficient, careful and very pleasant to work with! The Grosse Pointe Moving and Storage Team was amazing to work with for our move. The pricing was extremely fair and included a detailed quoting process. The moving team was very accommodating and friendly. There was a big snow storm the night before our move but they still were able to push through and get our move completed. We were blown away by how efficient they were throughout the whole process and none of our furniture was damaged, even with the snow they had to work around. Heidi, Sally, and Nick were so fantastic packing our house. They made a stressful day extremely pleasant. They were prompt, professional, and finished quickly. I would highly recommend them! And the moving day went just as well as the packing!
