Grosse Pointe Apartments took my deposit and said they would have an answer for me Friday morning...no call by Friday afternoon and was told I was denied and lease was given to someone else. I've been trying to find a rental in the GP area for over 2 years and I expressed this to Anna in the office...as soon as I mentioned my dog her demeanor changed, even though in the listing it states dogs are welcome.
