I would advise against renting from any of their properties as they do not act in good faith in their agreements and they do not follow up on requests in a timely fashion. One of their lease agreements is worded so that any deposit you give, which you need to provide upon applying, is forfeited after three days if you decide to cancel your application. I have worked for many companies as an outside vendor, this summer my son and I were brought on to a few properties and met with a couple other and I have to say that every property manager was very kind and couldn't be more helpful, Pennie is by far the best regional manager I've ever met and the maintenance teams are very knowledgeable and professional. To me this is a great place not only to work for but also a great place to live, they take care of their buildings and they are secured buildings at that.
Look at these reviews! Gross Residential is the worst property management company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and downright disrespectful to their tenants. Gross builders built our townhouse in Middleburg Hts. Ohio and they did not build the deck correctly; they said it passed inspection which it obviously did not. This builder does not back its product. I would never go with Gross Residential!! I would give it zero stars!
