They are the absolute worst I would NOT recommend them to anyone!! The employees and the manager are so incredibly rude and just awful people take your business elsewhere!!
real estate owners have zero management experience and desire to keep operational profits in-house to line there greedy pockets. They directly manage service quality and staff by hiring them on craigslist for small wages. . For instance I have had no water pressure for,8 months and they don't respond to work order or calls. Because they have no intention of paying to fix the plumbing situation

I’d like to start off by saying not everyone that I have been introduced to is bad that being said I have had the pleasure of visiting several of gross properties some of them indoors some of them outdoors the ones that I visited indoors I can say is a bad reflection on the property managers And sometimes the maintenance crew of those specific buildings.
