The office staff is HORRIBLE!!! Impossible to make an appointment. Uncaring staff. I like my doctor but going to look for another practice because I hate the office staff so much and they are so not helpful and it's impossible to make my yearly appointment and I'm on hold forever.
She was just way too cold. I think she is an okay doctor but if you are looking for someone understanding better find someone else.
Looking for new OBGYN as my former one had unexpectedly retired. This woman has the warmth and compassion of a corpse. Just, cold, arrogant and rude. I specifically selected her practice to address needs she specialize in - menopause. I'd also conveyed concerns of depression. Not once did she acknowledge my concerns. All she cared about was an irrelevant issue - test me for STDs DESPITE me telling her I have been abstinent for over 10 years.
