Very professional staff and very nice! I like this office and trust their recommendations.
Dr. Gross's staff at both offices are uncaring, curt and irresponsible to their clients. They have no empathy. They dismiss you and don't even look at you when you are in their presents . After 41 years going there it is time for a change
The Staff on 3rd street are the absolute best. Melissa is an angel and is always there to help. In my opinion the best place to go hands down.
