Very Professional from Check-in to check-out
The staff is efficient and generally gets me to an exam room within 10 minutes. Each person is polite, and keeps me informed during my visit.
Saw Dr Gross earlier this year. Great doctor and very thorough with the exam. You walk out definitely knowing what shape your retina is in with this office. Was not rushed and wait time to get seen was fast
The Palmetto Retina Center is a modern, up-to-date facility with excellent physicians and a friendly, helpful staff. The entire experience of having retinal surgery proved to be much more pleasant that I would have ever anticipated.
