I had an amazing experience working with Alaina for my wedding. Fortunately I had the chance to meet Alaina long before the final walk through, so really it felt like I was just working with a friend. She was very organized and responsive and I was comfortable bouncing ideas and questions off of her. Day of the wedding, the experience was wonderful. Our guests loved the food! The whole team made the wedding day flawless - and I am forever grateful!

Food is mediocre but that is not the worst part. I have been waiting 2 months for a credit. Not on food or service I received, but the service I did not receive. We cancelled within their policy and when I cancelled, they immediately charge me. 5 requests for credit, 2 mos later and I'm still waiting on my credit. I think that plenty of notice before review a place in social media. I just want the credit for what they did not do. Is that too much to ask?
I worked with several other caterers for my meetings & events, and ONLY GROOVIN' got my orders correct. All of the other providers made at least one error, varying from late deliveries to wrong food. Well done Groovin' - keep up the good work.
