I had a wonderful experience with Alex at Groove Car! I was looking for a truck and didn’t have time to look! Alex made my car buying experience effortless. I told him what I wanted and he got me all that and more with in a weeks time! I love my truck. Other drivers complement me on it. It was full loaded and beautiful! All I had to do was go to the dealership with the check and pick up my truck. I would definitely come back to Alex again for my next vehicle.
I can't say enough great things about this company or Alex Serina. My mother, sister and myself all went through GrooveCar to get our current vehicles (mine most recently) and the experience was handled with genuine consideration and great communication. Mr. Serina was attentive to my lifestyle and car needs, patient when I changed my mind (a lot) and walked me through the best deals for me.
