Shady and slimy! Our daughter is in college- got in a terrible accident- we had to replace her car- after weeks of looking we decided to work with Groove. I have never left a bad review before, but my experience with this dealership has been absolutely maddening. I bought a used Subaru Forester from Groove in January that had a crack in the windshield that Groove promised to fix before delivering the car to me 90 minutes away. They agreed to deliver the car because it hadn’t been cleaned or serviced yet. The car got delivered with a cracked windshield. The people are nice and awesome. If I was these people’s boss, I would give them a raise.
I initially gave a five-star review less than a year. Later I resend that review. I give you a one. I took it for an inspection. Took it back to you. You said you fixed it. He said the rest wasn't true. Well it was $2,500 later in less than 10 months after I called your service department repeatedly I called your sales department repeatedly.
