Downgraded my review from a five-star to a four star for the following reasons. Groove Subaru is a great dealership and they have a great service department. Especially Juan and Brody. They're always there to take good care of you. *****However the last purchase (my 4th car purchased here) I made from there with the salesman Matt was a dismal disappointment! My mother and father have been going to Groove Subaru to purchase their vehicles for the past 15 plus years. She now has the service department do all her maintenance and repairs. Joshua Magyar is wonderful and goes to the ends of the earth for me as does Brett Tossie. Please consider Groove Subaru for any of your Subaru needs.
I had an action packed saga at Groove Subaru getting my car serviced. Spoiler alert: things ended with me felling really good about their service. This review is a small novel 🤪 but will give you a really good idea of what to expect from their service and values. If I could rate negative I would. This has been easily the worst car dealership I’ve ever worked with. Days of back and forth trying to even get a call back or answers to questions, apparently the price of vehicle change daily or literally within hours… We tried to negotiate a price on a used Jeep and had multiple times having to figure out what the Jeep was even listed at (online price changed 2-3 times over the course of 3 business days).
