I bought an STI from this dealer in July, and first of all it is now end of September and I still have yet to receive any paperwork for my car because the day I picked it up the finance guy was not in and I was told it would be emailed to me and it has not. Have waited 14 days for a part for my brand new 2026 Outback to arrive. Just told an hour ago that it will be 4 more days, probably. The arrival date has been continually changing. Obviously nothing I can do, and Subaru USA is mostly responsible (not to mention farcically incompetent both in supply logistics and so-called 'customer service') -- but no loaner from Groove, and no apparent pro-active motions. This was an absolutely frustrating and unacceptable waste of my time. I scheduled an appointment with Dan to test-drive the 2019 Toyota Highlander AWD. Before driving to the dealership, I specifically checked with Zack and was assured that the vehicle was available. When I arrived, I met with Wyatt. If you want to relive the 20th century and finagle with shyster sales tactics for hours on end -- go to Groove. Otherwise, if you prefer a simple and quick purchase -- go to Schomp. Bought Subaru from both dealerships. Groove Subaru is a joke.
Both Justin and Tyler down in sales are exceptional and were incredibly helpful in my hunt for a used vehicle! I would be happy to shop with either of them in the future when I need another vehicle! Kudos!
