I am very impressed with the professionalism, great customer service, and just the right amount of positive atmosphere here. Judy made my day with a fresh haircut, and fun banter. I will be back again, and again because she really knew how to listen to the little things that I like, and tiny pet peeves. Thank you!

I had my hair cut by two different people at different times. Both of them were great to work with and listened to what I had to say. I have long hair and I did not want them to chop any length. They did a great job of cleaning up the split ends and also giving me a new style since I had the same style for yearsss. Each of the styles were easy to maintain and dont take up time to do in the morning. The charges were pretty reasonable considering this is San Francisco. It cost me about $90 with tip. DORIT JOINED GROOVE SALON RECENTLY, SHE IS VERY CAPABLE OF SATISFYING HER CLIENTS, AND IS FLEXIBLE. SHE LISTENS TO ME AND AS A RESULT THE STYLE AND THE COLOR WAS JUST THE WAY I WANTED IT. , I WILL DEFINETLY REFER ALL MY FRIENDS TO HER. .
