We had an amazing experience with Groove on Hyde Street! We had DJ Shawn as our wedding DJ and he did a wonderful job - no complaints at all. All songs for our ceremony & dances went smoothly and he cut the songs that needed cutting exactly as we asked. They used an app that made the process SO smooth and also helped us to understand just how many songs you need to consider for all parts of a wedding, which was helpful as we had no clue lol. As an officiant, I cannot stress enough the importance of the sound quality during a wedding ceremony. I had the pleasure of working with Darius at an upscale outdoor wedding during the summer. He was meticulous in his sound check, making sure the people in the back could hear, knew exactly when to come in and fade out ceremony music, and never missed a cue. If you want your ceremony sound to be right, Darius is your guy. He's calm, experienced, and works well with other vendors. I hope to see him again soon!
