I gave 5 stars because my sales clerk, Arnold was fantastic. I went to Mazda initially looking for a new car and said I was going to look at other brands as well. He never pressured me or bad mouthed the other car companies. He all around was very professional. I appreciated working with him. Groove Mazda is the only place that's worked on my car because I bought it from Groove Mazda. I took it in for an oil change and found out that I needed to replace the rear differential among other work that needed also to be done. All together, it was over $8,400. When I went to pick up my car after it was repaired, they told me that the rear wheel hubs would need to be replaced in the next 6 months to 2 years. The service was thorough.The video helped explain what the technician was doing and what he found on the inspection. The technician actually worked on a recall issue that wasn't identified when I brought my car in. The telephone scheduler and the service advisor both told me there were no open recalls on my vehicle. I had to inquire about recalls since there have been about 13-14 of them. 4 stars for being thorough. I assume 2 hours because of the recall issue.
