I came in, wanting to get a haircut that I’ve had for years, and I showed a reference that showed how I wanted my hair cut, then I leave the chair with the absolute worst hair cut I have ever had in my entire 21 years of living. Not a single thing resembles the haircut I wanted. It’s so damn terrible I have to wear a hat everywhere I go now because of how terrible they did. I’m absolutely disgusted with how the hair came out and it’s safe to say I am never going back again.
We have been coming here for years, and I am extremely satisfied every time! Raul is beyond spectacular. He has amazing attention to detail, carries out specific instructions, it’s very gentle and patient with children and is really big on customer satisfaction.! Highly recommend!
