We took our dog here to get groomed. She did an awesome job but now he is swarmed with fleas. Have never had a flea issue before. Not happy about that part at all

Kayla, I'm so sorry, I never even saw this review until just now when someone commented on it. I wish you would have called. I really do attempt to keep everyone flea free, if someone lets me know their dog has fleas they go straight in the tub. I hope this doesn't sway you from coming back, I'd like to offer you a discount to come see us again. Your pup was so sweet, I'd love to see him again if you'd like to try us out again. Again, I apologize for your unpleasant experience.
Best groomer in the tri-state. Friendly service and loves all animals that come in the door.

I highly recommend Groomingdales! I have been taking all my dogs there for years. They always look great!
They butchered my dog .. Don't understand when you say leave her hair an inch because she sunburns .. And the shave her with parts of her bare skin showing .. "We are sorry .. Must have misunderstood you can buy sunscreen ??!! Really ??!!
I just picked up my dog from Groomingdales. My dog was happy to see me, but was having more fun playing with Angie. I am very happy to find a place where my not only gets a good haircut, but feel comfortable. I have taken her to places and she comes home acting 'off' for days afterwards. The haircut was great and she smelled clean. The price was very affordable. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a new groomer.

Awful experience! I took my dog there for the first time to get a hair cut. You cannot tell she even got a hair cut, other than around her face! Angie literally cut my dogs ears. She stated her hair was matted behind her ears & apparently I don't know how to take care of my dog. My dogs get brushed everyday. It was not matted. She was very rude about it as well. My poor dog now whines because her ears bother her!

It's an extremely hard job being a groomer sometimes. I was told NOT to take much hair off the pup, so that is why she didn't have much hair taken off. The tips of her ears were matted to the skin. You can either take her to the vet or the groomer, but when there is hair knotted to the skin on any part of a dog, there is always a chance that the can be nicked in the process.
