Horrible experience. At drop off, my husband told them no cage drying. The girl was short with him and said that our dog would be damp when we pick her up then. He told her that was fine. She was bone dry when I picked her up which means she must have been dried that way against our wishes! They were also told not to trim her tail. It was cut to half it’s length. I love going there with my Mimzy. She takes care of the dogs and Molly is my favorite dog that comes all the time because I get to help take care of her.
I love groomingdales, with reasonable prices and great service. She’s great with the dogs and has a heart for them. I send my dog there every year and he always comes home happy and fresh with a perfect hair cut! Definitely recommend them if you have an animal that deserves a day at the spa!
