This was the third time I took my schnauzer puppy there. First two times were great. third time they shaved him , he was not that matted but evidently rather than combing him out they shaved all of him! But it will grow back! Time to find a new groomer

We are sorry that you were unhappy with the groom. We do strive to provide what the customer wants, and what is best for the pet. In this case, your schnauzer was solid mats underneath, and in the beard. You even stated to do what we had to do, because of the matting. So again, I am sorry you are displeased. We would love to continue providing grooming services to you, however, we will not put an animal in excessive discomfort for fashion.

We've been taking Shadow to Groomingdales for some time now. They do such a great job, are very reasonably priced and Shadow loves it there. We drive from Athens just to bring him there.
