Today was my babies first visit to this salon and he was so handsome when we picked him up!!! I couldn't believe when they called to say he was ready...the place I had taken him to before was an all day adventure. Everyone was so nice and we will definitely be back!

I've always been happy with the job done here. They seem to love the dogs and take good care of them. My dog always seems calm when I pick him up (besides the general excitement of getting to go back home). Any requests I make when dropping him off are met and if for some reason they can't be, the staff let me know why and have even offered a coupon once when they weren't able to meet a request. I'd love to see a computerized system for their clients, but where it's most important- I think they do a great job!
I hesitate to comment after only one visit but we took our 14 year old yorkie to Grooming Tails a couple of weeks ago. I was very nervous because we'd been using the same groomer for many years and she retired. We were impressed when we returned to pick him up 2 hours later and found him to be happy, calm and beautifully groomed. He's usually hyper. It's been 2 weeks and he's still gorgeous and soft. Best of all, he knows he looks good!!

Amazing. Best place ever to take your pups. There outgoing and so kind and sweet. I was able to get a appointment quick and services was outstanding. Best prices too. Love this place.
